When ooma telo is unplugged or the internet connection is down calls aren't going to voice mail. I just get a busy signal.

ntoy, call forwarding during network outage is Premier but without any forward, normal Ooma voicemail should kick in when the ooma box is offline even for basic service right?

Yes, this is correct. Could be a carrier routing issue. Customer should contact our support line.

Contacte support. Internet must be down 10 to 15 min before calls will start going to voicemail. I disconnected telo for 15 mins and call are going to voicemail.
