Live Chat support down?

I'm new to Ooma and happy with it so far. But I've tried using the Live Chat function on the ooma Support page and it has never worked. The Live Assistance pop up opens, but immediately shows "Status: Disconnected".

The Live Sales Chat on ooma homepage works fine, but not the Support Chat.

Anyone know if ooma support is down? Or is it me (using Firefox 19)

Working for me using IE8.

Monday - Friday: 24 Hours
Saturday - Sunday: Closed

And it works for me under Chrome. Looks like an issue of some kind with Firefox settings.
