Not recording messages
We’ve been using Ooma telo with a Panasonic answering machine for years . As of a week ago the Panasonic stopped recording messages. The caller hears our greeting, and leaves a message, but hears a beep after about 15 seconds, then gets disconnected. The Panasonic will not record anything. We called Ooma and Panasonic with no help. We bought a new Panasonic phone system—but the same thing happens. We had Ooma turn off their answering functions. Didn’t help.
