Allow Transfer to External Number in After Hours Menu

We run a 24/7 operation with employees on call at night. We would like to see the option to Transfer to an External Number in the After Hours/Holiday Actions Menu for the Virtual Receptionist. This would avoid having to edit call handling every evening (or forgetting to edit call handling).
