Can't Login into "My Ooma."

Post by Valarius » Mon Jul 26, 2010 1:04 pm

I've been trying to log into "My Ooma" since 11 am EST this morning. Is your "My Ooma Account" Server down? is the Web site down?

Is there another way I can access my account?

Please help.

Thanks.

I can log in, but it is pretty slow, especially if you have the beta dashboard as your default. If you go to the voicemail as your default page it is just slightly slow instead of very slow.

Ooma Tech Support:

You need to add another Web page or server. This isn't good business. It's very frustrating for those like myself who have paid for your services and yet cannot use them. This is not the first time this has happened, but the first time I have complained.

I realize that you are a somewhat new company, but do you think Facebook or Google would let this happen? Come on people.

If you recognize that Ooma is a "somewhat new company, why in the same sentence invoke Facebook and Google, which could hardly be further from "somewhat new"?

At any rate, I just logged in to my.ooma.com; it didn't seem to take any longer than the last few times I did so.

You obviously can't understand the level of frustration I have. And I am going to ignore your first comment because I am not interested in debating you.

I still cannot access my account after a day and a half.

Every time I login I get that Ooma error page.

"We're sorry, there was a problem processing the page."

I spent 1 hour on the phone with Tech support yesterday and they said they would look into this.

As of this morning, I am still waiting to gain access to my account.

Groundhound, thanks for the suggestion, but I had tried that yesterday. It did not work. However, thanks to Dennis Peng at Ooma, I can now log into my Ooma Account. :D
