Hello all. I am new to the world of Ooma, as of just 4-days ago. Though I have yet to actually make or receive a call (I hate being on the phone, I just have this instead of analog to save money), but I was wondering if there is a way to deactivate call-waiting, or as I like to call it, call-hating. I don't make or receive may calls, but if I do happen to be on a phone call, it annoys me to no end to hear a beeping because someone else is calling, which is usually some annoying telemarketer or someone I don't want to talk to.
Anyhow, not sure if it's necessary, but I have an Ooma telo with the Ooma handset.

On per call basis, you can dial *70 before the number to disable call waiting.
To disable it permanently, you'd need to call customer service I think.
