Outgoing Calls to Sprint

I can't make out going calles to 2 sprint cell phone numbers in the 321 and 863 area codes. Calls go dead after a 1/4 second ring or a very strange busy signal occurs. I have a hub and scout and happens on both lines. I can call from an ATT cell just fine. System issue?

I have similar issue calling Comcast customers in the 904 area code. I know this is a problem with Ooma because when I use my cellphone to place the calls ... no problem. However, when I call from my Ooma home phone the rings and goes back to the Ooma dial tone. This is BAD!
